These are usually supplied in “Kit Form” ready to fit on our customers assembly line, helping to increase their assembly rate. We also supply sub-assemblies including inspection covers, access panels and trapdoors. We fit aluminium and rubber extrusions as well as catches and handles. Assemblies can also include bonded substrates such as floorcovering, metal plates and high pressure laminates.
We provide a “Just In Time” delivery service, in accordance with our customers schedule; which means our customers do not need to carry large stocks of raw material thus, reducing their WIP costs.

We can manufacture from drawing, up to 14mtr in length and by 2.5mtr in width. We produce component kits and package them in sequential order for easy assembly.

Birch Plywood
The Company operates from one site; a modern, purpose built premises, with over 5000m2 of floor area, offices, workshop and warehouse.
With over 10,000m3 of storage we can carry a large volume of high specification plywood in our conditioned warehouse. We carry all standard sheet sizes as well as a large selection of maxi size sheets. With our bespoke scarf jointing facility we are able to create sheet sizes, in any treatment, to suit our customers requirements.
